Policies & Client Expectations

Your appointments are very important to Couture Nail Artistry.  It is reserved especially for you.  We also understand that, sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-48 hours’ cancellation notice.

DEPOSITS

All clients (and all full set services) require a deposit of $25 to secure service and appointment time.  This amount is applied to your service and is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Any subsequent fees incurred (same-day cancellation or no-show) will be charged in addition to this deposit amount. 

SAME-DAY CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

​**This is a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-hour cancellation policy**
​Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Reminders are sent 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, should you cancel in less than 48 hours, a Same Day Cancellation Fee will apply and will be due before your next service.

No Shows and Same Day Cancellations will now be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the requested service. 
This amount will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to your card on file as per the agreement you make in your client questionnaire upon booking.  If the charge is declined, my assistant will attempt to reach you to resolve it.  If the charge goes unpaid, it may result in you being banned as a client and will prevent future bookings until the charge is resolved.  

APPOINTMENT TARDINESS POLICY

Please be sure you are on time for your appointments.  I allocate a specific amount of time for each client and when you are late, especially with no communication, it pushes back other appointments which isn’t fair to my other clients.  I want to be fair and accommodating to everyone.  A $15 late fee will be charged to all clients that are more than 10 minutes late for their appointments.  Please note: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged according to the same-day cancellation policy noted above.  
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Couture Nail Artistry policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Please Note: Multiple repeated cancelations can result in the inability to book future appointments.

CONFIRMATION CALLS/TEXTS/EMAIL

​As a courtesy, we will call or send you a message via text or email and confirm your service appointments two days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
