I'm so glad that you've chosen to book your next nail appointment with Couture Nail Artistry by Janel.  

Due to the use of MMA in many low end/budget nail salons, it is requested that you soak your previous set off prior to scheduling an appointment.  The reason for this is that MMA is extremely difficult to work with and is not ideal for nails even though many salons use it. If you are unable to soak off, there may be an additional charge to remove your product at the time of service.

Your appointments are very important and is reserved especially for you.  We also understand that, sometimes, schedules adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.  For more info on cancellations and no show policies and fees, click here.

***PLEASE NOTE***

ALL NEW CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF $25 TO SECURE THEIR SERVICE.  THIS PAYMENT GOES TOWARD YOUR SERVICE.  PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF SENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST.  IF NO PAYMENT RECEIVED, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.  YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF COMING AS A WALK IN BUT IMMEDIATE SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED.  THE SAME $25 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY CLIENT WHO IS LATE BY 15 MINUTES MORE THAN 3 TIMES OR ANY CLIENT WHO HAS NO-SHOWED FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT IN THE PAST. 



Booking online will require deposit for full set services for ALL clients. 
If deposit is unpaid, invoice will be sent to the email address used to register. 
Should your deposit not be paid within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.

Lastly, we want your salon experience to be as pleasant as possible.  For this reason, it is requested that you come to your appointment without children or friends unless they are being serviced as well.
